The hotel provided a shuttle to both the JR Train Station and the Airport, making it convenient for foreign tourists like us. The location was ideal for walking around and exploring. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the comfortable lounge area with views of the nearby woods. The convenience of having a Seven-Eleven in the lobby was great for grabbing a simple and affordable meal after a day of sightseeing. The room was spacious and well-organized, and we appreciated the pitcher provided for filtered water instead of bottled water.

This place is conveniently located near NRT airport and Narita train station, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. The service provided by the staff is exceptional as they offer amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry services. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is a great perk for travelers. They provide guests with free Wi-Fi in the rooms and even have a trouser press available. The wonderful staff here made me feel extremely welcome and were very helpful with requests. The hotel policy was described clearly by the manager which helped me to understand the procedures for the hotel.
